You never enter a password into the extension. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit user passwords. Your Google password is entered only on Google's own sign-in page and is never visible to Screenshot Annotate. Screenshots are processed entirely on your device using HTML5 Canvas. No image data is sent to our servers unless you explicitly click Upload, Share, or use the GIF Export feature. We use the drive.file scope so the extension can ONLY see files it created in your Drive — never any of your other Drive content. • Cloudinary (Premium) — managed CDN with viral share links. • ImgBB (advanced) — bring your own free ImgBB API key. You can switch providers anytime from the popup.
