extension not going away

I can not opne lockdown browser because of the screencastify extension still being on chrome even after I deleted it

Not working

Even if I record, it automatically stops after about 1 minute 30 seconds.
I can't save it to Google Drive because of an error.
I can't save it locally either. It's useless.
If they don't fix this, I want them to cancel my paid subscription and give me a refund.

Unable to access school resources

So I have never downloaded this extension to my browser but the website I am trying to use for school won't allow me to continue without removing this extension. I have contacted everyone on their end and they said to contact your web help to try to figure out this problem. Not sure why my app says I have this extension when I've never heard of it nevermind downloaded it.

Not working

I have had a paid version of ScreenCastify for 2 years and now I can not log in or create a new account. I have emailed twice and no response. I see that many people are having the same experience and I don't see any replies after July. Is ScreenCastify no longer available? I called the number and it rings forever and then says to leave a message but there is no voicemail message.

Deleted but still on computer

I deleted Screencastify long ago but it still has remanents of it on my computer. It will not allow me to use Lockdown browser because it says I still have it downloaded but I deleted it. What should I do?

Screencastify is not working properly on my classroom computer.

I have used is for several years in the past, but it is not working correctly. I have tried to trouble shoot several times, but it is a waste of money at this point.
