Whatever update you did or change is awful.

my trustworthy friend whenever I want to record me teaching and everything.

it sucks now I cant download my videos but I have to use it because of school but it doesn't work any more I will erase when fixed

Unable to login into my account. Going on 2 weeks.

I’ve been using this app for many years, and it was by far my favorite. It used to be incredibly fast and reliable, which was its biggest strength. However, since the latest update, it’s become really frustrating to use. The app is much slower, the dialog box for recording takes forever to load, and generating the link to copy takes way too long. Accessing older videos is also a hassle now. I don't understand what has happened to this program. I've used it for the past 3 years to record captioned sign language videos for my ASL students. And now, apparently since it updated, when I click on the Record a Video button it takes me to a screen to install the extension, event though the extension has already been added to my Chrome. I've now cancelled my subscription. I won't be paying for something that is no longer working right. Please fix this so I can go back to using this... Show more

I love using this group. I am not very computer savvy and this was easy to use and a fantastic tool for my students. Any time I have had a question or needed help they are quick to respond. I will stay with this group until I retire!

Bug is appearing in the application. we Can't record the video.
