I recorded a vid and i tried to download it BUT it didnt work

Hate it it's really bad it make's my game really really laggy and i only got like 10 fps and when i closed it i got 60 fps and when i start recording and then i click the end button it didn't work and i had to record again and it keeps happing again and again and sometime's it work but when i press play the video doesn't start and its all gray don't download it its useless and bad
