does not have an option to record mic only, and no video. (while your website has this option. Also mic audio is not working properly like other apps. it is bugged.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Because the recordings are saved to the cloud and private to the user, we ask users to login. We're upfront about the login, it's the first thing a user is asked to do to use the extension. Apologies it's not the UX you expected.

Disgusting , Pathetic Software . Worked for 2 days and remaining 2 days i had used it for recording important live sessions, But lost those two important sessions making it a total loss for me. Altogether it is a worst software to use.

Hi Nawaz, it pains me to hear you lost recordings. Because recordings are saved to the cloud, there's a chance the recording upload might fail due as internet upload bandwidths are sometimes constrained. As a fallback for uploading failure, we save the last recording in the browser. A recording saved in the browser should open immediately after an uploading failure, I'm suprised you didn't see the browser recording. We've designed our software such that a recording is always retrievable no matter what. Intuitive and easy to use.Very impressed with the responsiveness as well.I was having a hard time explaining a peculiar login issue on a website to a customer support team who were maintaining the UI.After some unproductive back and forth by email, I just shared a screen recording using Klip that captured the browser events leading up to the error I was running into.After watching that, they were able to quickly resolve the issue.Will recommend it to others for sure.

Really love this extension!! I do web design so this is my go to app to screen record updates, changes and request feedback! Honestly superrrr helpful for 1:1 client work and love that I can just send a link rather than needing to download the video everytime

This extension has made my life as a school counselor so much easier. This easy to use extension has becoming something I use at least twice a week. I love that it has some simple editing features built in and I'm so thankful that I can upload to youtube directly from the extension. Outklip, you rock!!!!! Thank you for being awesome.

Wonderfully easy to use for a novice such as myself. Outklip is the best app I had found to create videos from any source and for any need. Sunny, with Customer Service is excellent! Outklip has a caveat that their company may possibly work with customers on pricing, I'm assuming depending on creative content since that was the only question that was posed, and to Outklip's great credit, they did.
