Use the profile details, application documents, and answers you have already prepared, then review the employer form before you submit it. APPLICATION AUTOFILL • Fill supported name, contact, and professional-profile fields from your ScoutField application profile. • Use resumes and cover letters prepared for the job in ScoutField. • Fill reviewed written answers when the matching application question can be verified. • Preserve existing candidate edits in supported profile fields. • Review fields and document attachments on the employer website before submitting. YOUR WORKSPACE, CLOSE AT HAND • See your application funnel and progress in the extension popup. • Reopen saved opportunities from the Saved tab. • Explore relevant jobs in the Matches tab. • Choose the frequency and minimum match level for similar-job alerts, or disable alerts in extension settings. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Install the extension and sign in at https://scoutfield.ai/signin in the same Chrome profile. 2. Build your profile and prepare an application in ScoutField. 3. Open its supported employer application page. ScoutField looks up the application and fills supported fields using your prepared details. 4. Review the form, make any changes, and submit it yourself on the employer website. COMPATIBILITY Works with supported employer application forms. Compatibility varies by website and form. Some fields and document uploads may require manual completion. ACCOUNT AND PLAN REQUIREMENTS A ScoutField account is required for account features. Some connected AI preparation features may require a paid ScoutField plan. Current features and plan details are available at https://scoutfield.ai. Installing the extension does not purchase a subscription. DATA AND ACCESS On supported employer pages, ScoutField reads the application URL and form structure to find your prepared application and fill supported fields. It can save eligible manual field edits to your ScoutField application when you click the employer's submit control. Password fields and sensitive demographic fields are excluded from this manual-edit tracking. The extension also uses your ScoutField account session and job-filter preferences to retrieve your saved jobs, dashboard, and job matches. HTTPS site access supports employer application pages and embedded recruiting forms that can use custom domains. Session sharing with the website is restricted to https://scoutfield.ai. Production access excludes local development services and file URLs. The extension does not read your complete browser history.
