Scout — application assistant

Fills reviewed job application answers and drafts unanswered questions. Scout never submits.

Scout connects to your private, encrypted Scout board and helps you complete supported Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby applications. For a role discovered by your sweep, open and review its application answers on the board. Scout recognizes the matching application page and fills those reviewed values into the form. For a supported job that was not in your sweep, paste its application link into the extension. Scout reads the live questions and lets you request resume-grounded drafts one question at a time. You remain in control throughout the process: • Scout shows unanswered fields in an isolated panel that employer website styles cannot break. • Drafts are written into the live form only after you request them. • Profile and staging data stay in Chrome session storage. • Scout can attach the original resume stored in your profile. It never clicks the employer’s submit button. An unlocked Scout board with sync enabled is required. Drafting sends the selected question, relevant job context, and parsed resume text over HTTPS to Scout's private drafting service for that request.
