Connects Scoutbook to Scout Manager to enable bi-directonal synchronization of scouting records.

Quickly and easily connect Scout Manager and Scoutbook together to enable a powerful way to manage your pack or troop. Gain all the advantages of Scout Manager while keeping your scout's records updated at the council and national level. This extension will gather your unit's scouting roster from Scoutbook and can synchronize the following personal information into Scout Manager if set in Scoutbook: first name, last name, address, city, state, zipcode, BSA member id, school name, grade, swimming classification, birthday. If a scout's parents are set in Scoutbook it can also synchronize the parents personal information and associate them with their scout in Scout Manager. For each scout, it can bi-directional synchronize between Scout Manager and Scoutbook the following scouting record information: award names, BSA identifiers and award earned dates. The type of awards and other data handled are: adventures, ranks, national awards, merit badges, leadership positions, training. Scout Manager establishes a minimum requirement of encrypting transmissions of all personal or sensitive user data over HTTPS protocol. All data on our servers is stored encrypted at rest leveraging AES-256 block cipher.
