Scholar Research Library is a free research productivity extension for Google Scholar. It helps researchers review, organize, analyze, and export scholarly publications directly from Google Scholar search results, personal libraries, labels, and public Scholar profiles. Features include: • SCImago journal quartile (Q1–Q4), SJR, and H-index information • Publisher-reported Impact Factor when reliably available • Shared verified Impact Factor database for improved journal coverage • DOI detection and canonical publication metadata • Quick access to available PDF links • Personal notes and reading priority tools • OpenAlex and Crossref metadata enrichment • Excel export from Google Scholar search and library pages • Multi-page Excel export from Google Scholar Library and labels • Excel export from Google Scholar author profiles • Research dashboard data included in Excel exports • Local backup and restore of saved research data Scholar Research Library is designed for researchers, students, academics, and literature-review workflows. Most user-specific data is stored locally in the browser. External scholarly services such as Crossref, OpenAlex, supported publisher websites, and a public read-only journal-metrics database may be queried when resolving publication metadata or journal metrics. The extension is free to use. Optional donations do not unlock additional functionality and are not required to use any feature.
