Overview

Send events to your SchedYOUall dashboard from any page, and see your calendar while you schedule new events.

SchedYOUall for Chrome does two jobs, both aimed at the same thing: getting events onto your schedule with less friction. 1. Capture from anywhere. Type a quick note in the popup, drag-select a region of any page to screenshot, right-click a highlighted date or an image and send it, or send the whole page URL — whatever has the event in it. Each one lands in your SchedYOUall queue, checked against your live Google Calendar, the same way a forwarded email does today. 2. See your calendar while you schedule. On Google Calendar's new-event page, a live panel shows your existing events right alongside the one you're creating, so you're not guessing at conflicts. A Today shortcut jumps you back to now, and an optional "Block for drive time" button adds buffer events before and/or after the new one — one click to undo. The calendar panel uses the Google Calendar connection already on your SchedYOUall account — the same one the dashboard uses — so the extension asks for no Google permissions of its own and there's no second Google sign-in. It's used only to draw the panel and to create the drive-time buffers you explicitly ask for on your own primary calendar, never to read your Gmail. Capture only ever sends what you explicitly select — the text you type, the region you drag, the item you right-click, or the page you choose to send. A one-time pairing code from SchedYOUall's Settings connects the extension to your dashboard; after that, a stored token is what lets captures reach your queue. Requires a SchedYOUall account, free during beta. The Chrome extension itself will always be free. https://schedyouall.com
