SCANAIX — KNOW WHICH AI TOOLS YOU CAN TRUST ScanAix is a free (beta) browser extension that helps you understand the security posture of the AI tools you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and more. WHAT SCANAIX DOES TRUST SCORES AI tools you visit get a security score from 0–100 based on encryption practices, compliance certifications (SOC 2, GDPR), known vulnerabilities, data retention policy, and breach history so you can make informed decisions. PROMPT RISK WARNINGS ScanAix analyzes the prompts you type — locally, in your browser — and warns you before you accidentally submit sensitive data (credit cards, SSNs, API keys, and other PII) or fall victim to prompt injection patterns. Your prompt text never leaves your device. SHADOW AI SCANNER Review which of your installed browser extensions can access your AI conversations on sites like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. THREAT ALERTS Get notified when an AI tool you use is flagged with a newly reported vulnerability or security incident in the ScanAix database. HIGH-RISK TOOL WARNINGS ScanAix shows a warning interstitial before you interact with AI tools that carry known high-risk indicators, so you can decide for yourself. FREE BETA ScanAix is currently in free beta. Every available feature is free to use. No payment is required and no credit card is asked. PRIVACY — WHAT SCANAIX DOES AND DOES NOT DO - Prompt analysis (PII and injection detection) runs locally in your browser. Your prompt text is never transmitted to our servers. - Trust score lookups send only the hostname of the AI site you are visiting (e.g. chatgpt.com) — no URLs, no page content, no conversation content. - If you sign in, your scan history (domains scanned, scores, and detection metadata such as "1 PII item detected" — never the content itself) is stored so you can review it in your dashboard. - ScanAix does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. - No ads.
