This works great for me!

I read a lot of negative stuff in these other reviews. All I can tell you is that I'm using a 2020 Samsung Chromebook too old to get the new scan update (because it doesn't show up on my Camera app), my Xfinity WiFi, and an HP Envy 6000 series All-in-One, and it worked just fine for me. This was the easiest thing I've done on a computer in years!!

Files gone

Hello, the extension scans, then tells me to go to the FIles app to see the png. Problem is that the scan folder is empty. Bigger problem is that earlier the files had been visable. What is happening?

Scanning from Chromebook

I have an HP Laser Jet Pro MFP nw26 which prints documents without any problems. When trying to scan a document from my Chromebook a message appears "No scanner available". How can I fix this?

modifier la destination des documents scannés

les documents sont envoyés sur le drive par défaut....et deviennent très difficiles d’accès sans raison malgré une connection fibre...
Comment changer le répertoire de destination?

Retrouver document scanné

Bonjour,

Après avoir scanné mon document, il m'est impossible de le retrouver.
Hier je retrouvais bien ces documents dans mon fichier "SCAN" de mes fichiers chromebook mais aujourd'hui, malgré avoir scanné d'autres documents je ne retrouve pas ces derniers dans le fichier "SCAN", celui-ci apparait vide.
Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ?

Problème de volume des fichiers

bonjour, lorsque je scanne un doc il se met en PNG et le volume est très important. Peut on scanner en pdf?
