Import selected Gmail invoice, receipt, and bill attachments directly into Scan-Pap Pending Review. Scan-Pap Inbox Capture helps small businesses move bookkeeping documents from Gmail into their review workflow. Open a Gmail message, select Scan open email, choose the supported PDF or image attachments, select the correct customer, and import the files. Scan-Pap extracts bookkeeping fields and places the results in Pending Review. You remain in control of reviewing the customer, vendor, date, amount, category, and source document before saving a transaction. The extension reads only the Gmail message that is open when you select Scan open email. It does not scan your inbox in the background. Only attachments you explicitly select are sent to Scan-Pap. A Scan-Pap account and an active customer are required. The extension supports Google Chrome and Gmail.
