Scalio X Ad Clipper saves promoted post creatives — along with their copy, call to action and source URL — into a private library stored on your device. Built for social ad research. It runs only on X, so it stays out of your way everywhere else. What it does Click the toolbar icon and scan the timeline for promoted creatives. Turn on clip mode and a Save button appears on whichever creative your cursor is over. You can also right-click any image to save it directly, or save every creative found on a page in one click. Videos are saved with their cover frame plus a link back to the source. Before anything is saved you get a review screen showing the poster, the post copy and the call to action, all editable. Add tags and notes if you want. The board Saved posts open in their own tab, each card leading with the post copy — the hook is the words, not just the image. Search across poster, copy, tags and notes. Filter by media type or favorites. Duplicate detection warns you before saving the same creative twice. Export and backup Download individual creatives, export metadata as CSV or JSON, or create a single backup file containing your images. Delete one post, a selection, or everything. Privacy No account. No servers. No analytics. The extension only runs when you click it, and everything you save stays in your browser.
