ayU WA Translate helps you chat on WhatsApp Web in your own language. ● Incoming messages are translated automatically and shown right below the original, including quoted replies. ● Type in your language, send the translation: a line above the message box shows the translation as you type. Press Enter or Send and the translation is what gets sent. ● Detects each contact's language automatically, or set it per chat. ● Number check: warns you when numbers in the translation don't match your text, so prices and quantities stay right. ● 39 languages (full list below). Supported languages (39): Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Lithuanian, Marathi, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. Privacy: translation runs on your computer with Chrome's built-in translator. The extension does not collect, store or upload your messages. No account, no ads, no network requests (Chrome downloads a translation model from Google the first time you use a language). Requires desktop Chrome 138 or later. Interface in English and Chinese (shown in Chinese when your browser is set to Chinese). Want to talk face to face? Start a video call in the SayU App on your iPhone (real-time voice & video call translation) and send the invite link in your WhatsApp chat. Your client opens the link to join, and you both see translated subtitles. The download link is in the extension's settings.
