Medicare eligibility capture to SWR (staff-assisted)

Savvy Health Eligibility (S.H.E.) is an internal staff tool for Savvy Wound Report (SWR) users. It helps clinical staff verify Medicare eligibility while reviewing a patient in the Medicare portal, then send the confirmed information back into the SWR chart with one click — saving time otherwise spent reading the page and re-typing. For each patient it captures: - Medicare Part B status and effective date - Medicare type (Traditional vs Medicare Advantage) - Most recent SNF admission date and benefit information The staff member signs in with their SWR account, looks up the patient in the portal, and reviews the captured values before sending them to SWR. All data stays within the organization's own SWR system. This extension is intended for authorized staff of subscribing wound-care organizations only.
