SaveDate · Add to Calendar Link Generator
1 rating
)Overview
Turn any event page into an add-to-calendar link and .ics file your whole audience can use. One click.
You post an event once. Then everyone who wants to attend has to figure out the date, the time zone, and how to get it onto their own calendar, and half of them never do. SaveDate closes that gap. Click the SaveDate icon on any event page, or highlight the event details and use the right-click menu. SaveDate reads the page (or just your selection), sends it to the SaveDate web app, and drafts a clean event: title, date, time, time zone, and location, pulled straight from the text. From there you get: - One-click "Add to Calendar" links for Google, Apple, Outlook, and Yahoo - A downloadable .ics file that works with any calendar app - An optional hosted smart link you can drop into an email, a text, or a social post, so your invitees land on a page built to get them onto their calendar in one tap Built for organizers: event planners, community and chapter leaders, meetup hosts, recruiters scheduling interviews, and anyone who sends the same "here's the event, save the date" message more than once. Paste an Eventbrite page, a Luma listing, a plain-text invite, or a newsletter blurb, and SaveDate handles the parsing so you can send one link instead of a paragraph of instructions. SaveDate is capture-only. The extension itself makes no network calls and stores nothing beyond a random device identifier used to keep your usage counted correctly on the web app. All parsing, drafting, and link generation happen after you hand off to the SaveDate web app at savedate.bossospro.com, where the full privacy policy applies. The result: fewer people who "meant to add it to their calendar," more people who actually show up.
