Adds buttons on Twitter/X tweets to forward media to a Telegram channel through a Telegram Bot.
Save2Telegram 是一款用于将 X/Twitter 推文媒体快速转发到 Telegram 频道的 Chrome 扩展。 安装后，扩展会在 X/Twitter 的媒体内容旁添加“转发到 Telegram”按钮。用户配置自己的 Telegram Bot Token 和目标频道后，即可把推文中的图片、视频或相关媒体内容加入转发队列，并发送到指定 Telegram 频道。 它适合需要长期整理、备份或运营 Telegram 频道的用户，例如内容收藏、媒体归档、频道搬运、资讯整理或个人素材管理。相比手动下载再上传，Save2Telegram 可以减少重复操作，让用户在浏览 X/Twitter 时直接完成转发。 Save2Telegram 支持在扩展本地完成转发，也可以配合可选的自托管 Node.js 后端处理媒体下载和上传任务。用户的数据和 Telegram 配置由用户自行管理，扩展仅用于完成用户主动发起的媒体转发操作。
