Creates a context menu item for images that immediately saves the file to the Downloads folder (or a subdirectory of Downloads). The filename can be customized based on various placeholders.

Update: It has been updated more recently. Yay! It's not been updated since 2016 but it's still working, unlike a lot of other save-image extensions that are much newer.
