As someone who places rookie recruiters having an extension that allows them instant access to all the teaching of Greg is amazing. Not needing to check in constantly with a manger means they can learn in their own time and actually apply the knowledge live. It's something I wish I had when starting out my career, much betr then a heavy breathing rookie trainer listening in on the same line!
