Satori turns Chrome into a focused workspace for reading, annotating, organising, and understanding PDFs. Open documents in a full browser tab, keep research tools close, and use optional AI assistance without creating a Satori account. READ WITH FOCUS - Choose continuous, single-page, or two-page viewing - Navigate with thumbnails, document outlines, page controls, and search - Zoom, rotate, print, use dark-page filtering, and work with keyboard shortcuts ANNOTATE PRECISELY - Highlight, underline, and strike through selected PDF text - Add notes, text boxes, freehand ink, lines, arrows, shapes, and stamps - Fill PDF forms and place saved signatures or initials - Undo and redo changes, then export an annotated PDF or annotation data ORGANISE AND TRANSFORM - Reorder, rotate, duplicate, delete, insert, and merge PDF pages - Compress PDFs and create password-protected copies locally - Convert PDF pages to images or create PDFs from images and web pages ASK WITH EVIDENCE - Chat with a document from Chrome's side panel - Generate summaries for a full document, current section, or selection - Follow citations back to the supporting page and passage - Create useful artifacts such as quizzes, flashcards, entity lists, and mind maps - Connect a compatible cloud AI provider or a local Ollama setup LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN - PDFs, annotations, indexes, chats, and artifacts are stored on your device by default - No Satori account and no Satori telemetry - AI is optional. When you invoke it, relevant content is sent only to the provider you configured, subject to that provider's terms - Provider API keys are stored in Chrome extension storage and are disclosed as unencrypted during setup Satori supports English and Japanese interfaces. AI availability, models, and provider charges depend on the service you choose.
