Sanctuar
Overview
A secure, privacy-focused local vault for managing and organizing your browser bookmarks.
Sanctuar is a private bookmark manager. Your bookmarks are encrypted on your device before being saved. Nobody can read them except you. HOW IT WORKS This extension works together with a small companion app (the Sanctuar API) that you run on your own computer. When you save a bookmark, the extension encrypts it using your password, then sends the encrypted data to the companion app for storage. Since encryption happens in your browser, the stored data is unreadable without your password. You can run the companion app on your computer, on a home server, or anywhere you want. You stay in control. Want quick access without typing your password every time? You can set up a PIN code. The extension also locks automatically after a period of inactivity to keep your bookmarks safe.
