WHAT IT DOES • Take and place calls from the side panel: dialpad, mute, hold, in-call keypad, and one-tap transfer to a teammate or your Sameday AI agent. • Click-to-dial on ServiceTitan: every phone number on the page gets a call button that dials through your Sameday seat — no copying numbers. • Text customers from the same panel, from your business number. • Incoming-call notifications with Answer and Decline, even while the side panel is closed. • Recent calls with tap-to-redial. • Optional: enable click-to-dial on other websites from the toolbar menu (off by default — you choose which sites). Built for home-service teams who live in their CRM. REQUIREMENTS This extension is for Sameday customers with a phone seat. Sign in at app.sameday.ai in a browser tab; the extension connects to your seat from there.
