SalesLoft Connect - Legacy

Horrible , simply horrible. keep on getting stuck at "connecting" status

Frequently disconnects from my connect platforms, and the only way to fix it is by removing and re-downloading the extension. If your team is considering Salesloft, just look elsewhere. Nothing but bugs every other week.

I have never seen a company that cares less about its customers more than Salesloft - awful extension and overall user experience, and the new "early access" extension is even worse than the old (this) one!

I've had to uninstall and re-install this app 122 times, it just doesn't work.

whats going on with the plug in nowadays? It was once a quarter that I used to have to delete and re add, now it's twice a week?

This extension fails weekly and must be deleted and redownloaded every time. Awful

Have to delete and redownload the extension consistently. Emails and calls don't get logged in Salesforce, dialer disappears and can't make calls, Import button in Salesforce disappears, etc. It's so frustrating to have to import every contact just to call them?!

Just like all of the other reviews say - this chrome extension is terrible. Have to delete and redownload the extension AT LEAST once per week. We used Outreach before switching to SalesLoft - and Outreach didn't have any of these problems.

i'd rather walk on hot coals while listening to nickelback than use salesloft.

Do not use this platform!!! Unless you are a person who enjoys wasting their time uninstalling and reinstalling this extension, not being able to dial out when you need to or submit tickets everyday. Then this could be for you! The new version sucks too! It really shouldn't be this hard. It has potential to be an amazing software it just doesn't work when you need it to work.
