Create leads and contacts in your Salesfresh CRM from Gmail and Outlook, and manage your activities from the side panel.

Salesfresh brings your CRM into the browser, so you can capture and work your pipeline without switching tabs. Turn any email into a lead Open a message in Gmail or Outlook and Salesfresh reads the sender's visible details — name, email, job title, company, phone and location — into a ready-to-save lead or contact form. Review it, correct anything, and save straight to your CRM. No copy-paste, no duplicate typing. Your day, in the side panel • Dashboard — today's agenda, activity progress and a summary of what's moving • Activities — calls, meetings and tasks, with filters for Today, Overdue and Upcoming • Leads — search and filter your list (My Leads, Open, Converted, Recently Created) and open any record • Lead score — see how a prospect rates against the scoring rules configured in your CRM Privacy Salesfresh looks at the message you have open only when you ask it to, and only to pull the sender's contact details. In Gmail it reads the open message in the page; in Outlook it reads the message id from the address bar and fetches that one message through the mailbox you connected to Salesfresh. Either way the message text reaches the Salesfresh service, which returns the contact fields and does not retain the message. We never collect passwords. You can turn off access at any time from the extension settings. Requires a Salesfresh account.
