Salesforce Visit Sidebar

Draft Salesforce visits with optional hosted AI, review proposed changes, and fill visible fields. Save manually.

Prepare Salesforce Event details in a sidebar while working on supported Salesforce pages. Keep visit objectives, dates, times, notes and follow-up details together. Use optional hosted AI chat to draft visit details. Review the AI reply and proposed field changes before applying them to the sidebar. Nothing is saved automatically in Salesforce. AI setup: open Extension options, enter the backend access token provided by the service operator, enable hosted AI assistance and save settings. An operator-configured Render/OpenAI backend is required for AI. The OpenAI API key belongs on the server, not in this extension. AI is disabled until configured. When you check consent and click Send to AI, your message, sidebar draft, recent chat history, local date and time zone are sent to the hosted Render backend and OpenAI. The extension does not automatically read Salesforce account records or send entire Salesforce pages. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details. Click Fill visible form to populate uniquely matched Objective, Next Step Subject, Next Step Call Objective, Start Date and Start Time fields. Other fields and custom Salesforce controls may require manual entry. Review and correct every field before manually saving. Compatibility depends on your organization’s page layout and controls. Copy summary copies your entered details to the clipboard. Drafts and chat remain in page memory and are lost on reload/navigation. The backend access token and AI preference are saved locally in this Chrome profile. Works on supported lightning.force.com and my.salesforce.com pages. Salesforce access is required.
