Salesforce Report Manager (SF Report Manager) adds the bulk actions that Salesforce reports and dashboards have always been missing. Copy, clone, move, or delete many reports and dashboards in one job, and clean up report folders without opening each one. Use it when you need to: - clean up a Salesforce report folder full of old, duplicate, or abandoned reports - bulk copy or duplicate reports into a new team, region, or client folder - clone a dashboard in Salesforce without leaving it pointed at the original reports - move reports and dashboards to another folder, or archive them, after a reorg - housekeep a report library before a handoff, a migration, or a quarterly review WHAT IT DOES Bulk copy Salesforce reports Select any number of reports and copy them into another folder in a single job, instead of running Save As on one report at a time. Duplicate and clone reports Duplicate a report in Salesforce, or clone a hundred of them, without repeating Save As for each one. The originals stay where they are. Clone a dashboard with its reports Cloning a dashboard in Salesforce normally gives you a new dashboard still pointing at the original reports. This creates fresh copies of the source reports and points the cloned dashboard at those copies, so the new dashboard is genuinely independent. Prefer the original reports? Tick "Leave reports in place". Move reports and dashboards between folders Move reports and dashboards to a different folder in bulk, as one batch instead of dragging rows one by one. Reorganize after a team change or archive what you no longer use. Report and dashboard folder cleanup Select stale reports and dashboards and delete them in one job. Deleted reports go to the Salesforce Recycle Bin, and every job shows a review step before anything runs. HOW IT WORKS Open it from any Salesforce report or dashboard page. It uses your existing Salesforce session, so there is no separate login and no credentials to enter. Browse your report and dashboard folders, search, select what you want, choose the target folder, review a summary of exactly what will happen, then run.
