Code Editor Edit metadata using a built-in Monaco-based editor with syntax highlighting, search and replace, multiple files, and change tracking. Diff & Deployment Review Review changes before deployment with side-by-side comparisons and a summary of added, modified, and deleted components. Review dependencies, test configuration, environment, and potential deployment risks before deploying. Impact & Dependency Analysis Investigate relationships between metadata components and understand how a change may affect related components. SOQL Write and execute SOQL queries with schema-aware suggestions. Inspect results in table or JSON format, search records, copy data, and manage saved queries and query history. Anonymous Apex Execute Anonymous Apex from the built-in editor and view execution results and available debug information. Security & Privacy The extension uses the authenticated Salesforce session for operations requested by the user. It is designed to avoid requiring Salesforce passwords and to keep sensitive authentication information out of URLs, query history, and application logs.
