Overview

Browse and compare Salesforce Permission Set object permissions across multiple permission sets in a visual matrix.

# Extension Features ## Chrome Web Store Description If you're a Salesforce admin who's ever had to check permissions across multiple Permission Sets, you know how tedious it gets. You open one, note what's ticked, open another, compare from memory, repeat. It's slow and error-prone. Salesforce Manager is a Chrome extension that makes this a lot easier. Log into your Salesforce org as you normally would, click the extension icon, and a new tab opens — already connected to your org, no extra login needed. --- ### Object Permissions Pick the Permission Sets you want to compare. You get a matrix — objects down the left, Permission Sets across the top, with Create / Read / Edit / Delete / View All / Modify All shown for each combination. You can filter by object name or by permission type to zero in on what you're looking for. When you need to share it or keep a record, export the whole thing to Excel. If you make changes in the spreadsheet and upload it back, the extension shows you a clear before-and-after preview of what's going to change. Nothing gets saved to your org until you say so. ### Field Permissions Same idea, but for field-level security. Pick an object, pick your Permission Sets, and you get a table showing Read and Edit access per field across all of them at once. Export, edit, import back — same workflow as object permissions. ### Tab Colours for Multiple Orgs This one's handy if you juggle more than one Salesforce org. The extension automatically picks a colour for each org and updates the browser tab favicon to a colour-coded cloud icon. So instead of squinting at URLs, you can just glance at the tab colour to know which org you're in. You can change the colours, turn the feature on or off, or import/export your colour settings — all from within the extension. --- Your data never leaves your browser. Every API call goes straight to your Salesforce org. No accounts, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere else. ---
