Overview

Bulk-add Login IP Ranges to multiple Salesforce Profiles via an intuitive UI — supports manual entry and CSV upload.

Managing Login IP Ranges in Salesforce is tedious — you have to open each profile one by one and manually add ranges. This extension eliminates that pain. Salesforce IP Range Manager lets you bulk-add, remove, and validate Login IP Ranges across multiple Salesforce Profiles in seconds. Just open your Salesforce org, click the extension icon, and get started. KEY FEATURES: ★ Bulk Add IP Ranges — Add one or more IP ranges to dozens of profiles at once. No more clicking through Setup page by page. ★ Bulk Remove IP Ranges — Select profiles and remove specific IP ranges in bulk. ★ Validate IP Ranges — Instantly check which profiles have (or are missing) specific IP ranges. ★ CSV & XLSX Upload — Import IP ranges from a CSV or Excel file. Download a template to get started quickly. ★ Org-Wide Trusted IPs — Manage Network Access (org-wide trusted IP ranges) directly from the same interface. ★ View Current IP Ranges — See all existing Login IP Ranges for any profile at a glance. ★ Audit Trail — View the history of IP range changes (Added / Changed / Deleted) with timestamps and who made the change. ★ Save Profile Lists — Save and reload frequently used profile selections so you don't have to re-select them every time. ★ Search & Filter Profiles — Quickly find profiles with instant search. ★ Real-Time Progress — Watch a live progress bar and per-profile result status as changes are applied. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Log in to your Salesforce org in any tab. 2. Click the extension icon — it auto-detects your session. 3. Select profiles, enter IP ranges (or upload a CSV), and hit Apply. 4. Done. All selected profiles are updated in seconds. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED: • Cookies — Used to read your Salesforce session ID (sid cookie) for API authentication. No cookies are stored or sent anywhere else. • Tabs — Used to detect your active Salesforce tab and open the extension UI. • Storage — Used to save your profile list selections locally in your browser. • Host Permissions (*.salesforce.com, *.force.com) — Required to make Salesforce Metadata API and REST API calls to your org. This extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All operations happen directly between your browser and your Salesforce org. IDEAL FOR: • Salesforce Admins managing IP whitelisting across many profiles • Teams onboarding new office locations or VPN IPs • Security reviews and IP range audits • Anyone tired of the repetitive Salesforce Setup UI
