Overview

Search Salesforce Flow lists, narrow results by column, and load more flows with simple controls.

Find the flow you need in Salesforce Setup, without scanning every row by hand. Salesforce Flow Search adds a compact search field to supported Flow lists. Search across the columns in your loaded list, then use the dropdown to narrow that same text to one or several columns. SEARCH YOUR WAY • Search all displayed columns by default. • Choose Flow name only or Flow name and API name as your starting scope. • Narrow a search to selected columns without retyping it. • See matching and loaded row counts inside the search field. • Clear your search with the built-in ×. CONTROL LOADING • Automatically load flows in the current list, enabled by default. • Turn automatic loading off and use the load icon when you need more rows. • Stop loading and resume using the compact controls inside the field. KEEP YOUR WORKSPACE CLEAN • Search sits alongside the list's existing toolbar controls. • Preferences save automatically across tabs in the same Chrome profile. • Customize the Salesforce page paths where search appears. • The FlowRecord home page keeps its existing native search. LOCAL PROCESSING The extension reads loaded Flow-list cells and the current Salesforce page path to provide its search and page controls. These can include names shown in the list. Search text and page content are processed locally in your browser. Only preferences are saved. No analytics, advertising, developer-server uploads, or Salesforce API calls are included. Your existing Salesforce session is used by Salesforce itself when the list loads more rows. GOOD TO KNOW Search covers rows that Salesforce has loaded into the page. Automatic loading scrolls the current list; it is not server-side search. API names are searchable only when exposed in the loaded list. Layout changes, translated headers, or virtualized lists may affect compatibility. Designed for Salesforce Setup Flows and supported FlowDefinitionView lists on Lightning and Salesforce Setup domains. An existing Salesforce account with access to those lists is required; the extension does not ask for your Salesforce credentials. Independent extension.
