alternative?

hi dear,
Is there any alternative for change set helper extension?
life is rather hectic without it
I know change set its a pain all together but without this extension i almost impossible.

Changeset helper extension not support my laptop how to fix this issue

This extension is no longer available because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions.and button is disabled.
any alternative solution please share the extenion.

Salesforce security settings with your Application

I am reaching out because we currently have your AppExchange application installed into our Salesforce organization and we are in the process of improving the security of our organization.

We are evaluating the impact of enabling the org setting "Require HTTP Only attribute". This setting enforces protection on session cookies and prevents JavaScript from accessing session cookies. This may impact custom or packaged applications if they use Javascript for session handling.

Can you please let me know if enabling the above setting will have any negative impact on the usage or performance of your application.
