Salesforce Change Set Helper Renewed turns the Add to Change Set page into a list you can search, filter and sort, even in orgs with thousands of components. Version 4.6 rebuilds the component list. It loads every page of components in the background and only draws the rows on screen, so a custom field list with 5,000+ entries stays responsive.
