Sales Notes supports your sales calls directly in Chrome. Before the call, select the call type and the relevant CRM record. During the conversation, the extension creates a complete transcript of the call. After the call, Sales Notes extracts the information defined in your configuration and automatically creates or updates the corresponding data in HubSpot. Sales Notes provides complete call transcripts, AI extraction based on your instructions, HubSpot data synchronization, optional human approval, CRM record selection and microphone settings. Recording only starts when requested by the user. Raw audio is not retained by Sales Notes after processing.
