Sale Ping

Watch a product and get a browser notification when the price drops.

Open a product page, press Watch for sale, and Sale Ping saves the name, image, URL, and price on this computer. It checks those pages in the background. When the price drops below what you watched — or the page starts showing a strikethrough — you get a Chrome notification. Click it to open the product. Features: - Watch from the toolbar popup or a chip on the page - File items into Watchlist or lists you name - Check on a schedule (15–180 minutes) or with Check now - One notification per sale price; a further drop notifies again - Already marked-down items show as Marked down without a ping for that price How a price is read (in order): JSON-LD Product/Offer, product/og price meta tags, microdata price, then a visible price element. Category grids are refused on purpose. Prices stay in chrome.storage.local on this computer. There is no Sale Ping account and no remote price database.
