best extension doing this concept for English or chiness but it really worthless without having deepl translation for other languages or (at least European languages ) the most important ones are (german to english), if you added (german > arabic) it will be good too

Access multiple dictionaries with just a double click. It's amazing and incredibly useful for on-page dictionary work, making it the best one available.
