Continuously review the active Gmail draft against SafeReplies policies before sending.

SafeReplies helps teams review outbound Gmail drafts before they are sent. The extension adds a SafeReplies button inside Gmail compose. When a user chooses to scan, SafeReplies checks only the currently visible draft subject and body for risky wording, unclear promises, compliance-sensitive language, or messages that may need manager review. SafeReplies can suggest a safer rewrite, let the user copy the rewrite, or send the draft context to a manager approval queue in the SafeReplies dashboard. What SafeReplies does: * Reviews the visible Gmail compose draft when the user clicks scan * Highlights risky wording before sending * Suggests safer wording * Supports manager review for higher-risk drafts * Connects to the SafeReplies staging/pilot dashboard for review, approvals, and activity tracking Privacy and safety: * SafeReplies does not use the Gmail API * SafeReplies does not read inbox history, sent mail, background mailbox content, hidden drafts, recipients, thread IDs, or attachment contents * SafeReplies does not auto-send emails * SafeReplies does not automatically change Gmail drafts * Draft review is user-triggered * Attachment handling is limited to visible/count-style attachment presence only * User data is not sold SafeReplies is designed for workplace teams that want an extra pre-send safety layer for customer emails, compliance-sensitive responses, and manager approval workflows.
