Safe Search is a free browser extension that notifies you of malicious websites to help protect you and your computer. The world wide web is an amazing place to learn, play and shop, but it can also present some threats by bad actors. There is no way to completely stop these threats, but a great, free way is to add the Safe Search browser extension. How does Safe Search work? While browsing the web, if you visit a website that is a known malicious website, our extension will notify you by turning red. This will mean that you should get off of that website or close the window and avoid going to it again in the future. Please read carefully: By clicking the “Add to Chrome” button in the top right-hand corner and installing the Safe Search extension, you accept and agree to install the Safe Search extension, set the Chrome Default Search to safesearchext.com powered by Bing, and adhere to the Terms and Privacy Policy. You can uninstall the extension at any time.
