When you click a link in Gmail, Outlook on the web, or Yahoo Mail Japan, this extension pauses the very first navigation and shows a confirmation dialog with the link's real destination. Everything runs locally on your device — nothing is ever sent anywhere. Free, no account required. Most phishing emails rely on one trick: the text you see is not where the link actually goes. This extension is a small confirmation gate that shows you the real destination before the link opens, so the decision stays yours. WHAT THE DIALOG SHOWS - Link text (what the anchor visually says) - Destination (the real hostname) - URL (the full URL) - Only when applicable, formal warnings: - Displayed text and real destination do not match - Unencrypted connection (HTTP) - Raw IP address instead of a domain name - Punycode (potentially deceptive internationalized domain) - URL shortener The dialog never declares a link "safe" or "dangerous" — it only presents the facts.
