No audio - it doesn't work

Use this on occasion for my work. Hit or miss. One day, no issues. Next day, have issue saying the app is not installed on my PC/browser. When i look at the extensions, it says it is installed. One day it works, one day it does not.

Will this ever work with Chromebooks? Why does it say "It is compatible with my device" when it is not.

This extension works on all the other computers in my office but mine, and I'm the one with all the training to do. Every time I need to train, I have to use a co-worker's computer. Boo! Help me fix this issue, please! My work peoples are annoyed...

Could not Participate in class mine is written in some language that I cannot read cannot fix it!

have to uninstall it everytime to make is work.

As many others have mentioned, it does not work and no clues are offered on a possible solution.
