Overview
Check any website's tech stack: CMS, analytics, CRM, email, hosting and AI tools, from page code plus DNS and certificate records.
runsonwhat shows the technologies behind the website you're on. Click the runsonwhat icon on any site to see its tech stack, grouped by category, with a logo for each tool and a note on where it was found. Besides the code a page loads, runsonwhat looks at the public records behind a company, such as its DNS and email records and certificate logs. This lets it show tools that never appear in a page's code, like the company's email platform or help desk, alongside the analytics and frameworks the page does load. Features: • See a site's technologies, grouped by category • See where each tool was found: in the page, in DNS or email records, or in certificates • See when a company started using a tool, when a certificate shows it • Open the company's full profile on runsonwhat.com, with the evidence for each tool • Export the list as a CSV file or copy it as text • Light and dark themes • Optional auto-detect: show a tool count on every site you visit Privacy: detection on the page runs in your browser. The extension sends only the site's domain (for example, example.com) to runsonwhat to look up stored records. It never sends the full address, page content, cookies or your browsing history, and it has no analytics or tracking.
