RuneManga

Translate manga, manhwa and webtoons in place.

RuneManga translates manga, manhwa and webtoons right on the page you are reading. The original lettering is erased and the translation is lettered into the speech bubbles in the same size, colour and style, so the page reads like an official translation. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a chapter on your favourite reader. RuneManga's R button shows up on the pages. 2. Click the R button on a page to translate it. 3. Want the whole chapter? Turn on Auto and pages translate by themselves as you scroll. Auto is remembered for each site and is off until you turn it on. WHAT IT DOES • Finds the speech bubbles, captions and text on the art, reads it (OCR) and translates it with RuneLingua, RuneManga's own translator for manga and manhwa. • Cleans the original text away and redraws the background under it. • Letters the translation to match the original: font style, size, colour and outline. • Sound effects stay untouched, so the art keeps its energy. • Works on long webtoon strips, manga pages and full-colour manhwa. • Press and hold a translated page to see the original, or switch back with one click. • Edit image: fix any page right on the site. Change or add text, pick from many lettering fonts or your own fonts, erase or paint over the art, then download the result. • Translate an area: draw a box around any pe it, even on readers that protect theirpages, and on emails, menus and web pages. Repeat the last area with one click, or save a screenshot of an area. • One RuneManga menu on right-click: translate or edit an image, download the translated image, translate or screenshot an area, turn Auto-translate on o • Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+E (this site on or off), Alt+Shift+S (translate an area), Alt+Shift+O (show originals or translations). You can change them in your browser. • History of your translated pages stays in your browser. Turn on Auto-save to also keep a copy in a folder in Downloads; it saves quietly in the background. • Rate and report problems from the popup. Light and dark theme. They are deleted about an hour after the job finishes. The text is translated by RuneLingua; for a few languages, or if it is unavailable, another translation service named in our Privacy Policy is used, or your own AI key if you set one. • Your own fonts in Edit image are read on y. • No browsing history or page addresses are collected. History stays on your device. A random install id and the page count are sent to runemanga.com to count your credits. • Auto-save asks for the downloads permission only when you turn it on.
