Overview

A local developer workspace for headers, tabs, user scripts, performance, and page debugging.

Rumy keeps practical web-development tools beside the page you are working on. Use one focused Chrome Side Panel to customize requests, organize a debugging session, run your own scripts, and inspect page responsiveness without sending your data to an external service. Header rules • Set, append, or remove request and response Headers. • Scope rules by page URL, request URL, and resource type. • Create, reorder, copy, import, and export reusable configurations. • See whether the active rule is affecting the current page. Tab sessions • Organize tabs by window and Chrome tab group. • Focus on the current active page, then return to the previous tab workspace. • Search, drag, select, move, pin, mute, discard, or close tabs in batches. • Find duplicate URLs and domains. • Save selected pages to local collections. • Save a single page with an optional custom name and focus any browser window directly from the hierarchy. • Restore automatically captured local session snapshots, with a limit of 500 entries. User scripts • Write scripts in a code editor and run them only on matching websites. • Choose the execution timing and support single-page application navigation. • Keep scripts locally under your control; Rumy does not download remote code. Debug helper • Monitor real-time FPS, frame time, jank frames, and long tasks for the current page. • Pause the chart to inspect individual samples. • Schedule a breakpoint for inspecting hover styles, popovers, animations, and transient states when DevTools is open. Rumy supports light and dark themes and six interface languages. Rules, scripts, favorites, session snapshots, and preferences stay in Chrome's local extension storage. No account is required, and Rumy does not transmit this information to the developer or third parties.
