RSS Reader — a convenient way to read news, RSS feeds, and website updates all in one place. RSS Reader is a Google Chrome extension designed for easy reading and management of RSS and Atom feeds. Add your favorite websites, keep track of new publications, browse them in a convenient three-column interface, and instantly see which articles you have not read yet. The extension automatically checks your feeds for new content. The number of unread articles is displayed directly on the RSS Reader icon in the Chrome toolbar. You can also enable an optional sound notification when new articles arrive. Convenient Three-Column Layout: The left column contains your RSS subscriptions, website icons, and unread counters. The middle column displays articles from the selected feed. New and unread articles are clearly highlighted and marked with a NEW label. The right column displays the selected article's title, publication date, and available RSS content. You can also open the original article on its website. Column widths can be adjusted to create a layout that works best for your screen. Translation for Individual Feeds: You do not have to translate every source. Each RSS feed can have its own translation setting: No Translation • Ukrainian • Russian • English This is especially useful if you follow websites and news sources in several different languages. The translation setting is independent of the RSS Reader interface language. Never Miss New Content: RSS Reader keeps track of read and unread articles. New articles are highlighted in the article list, while the total number of unread items appears directly on the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar. Optional sound notifications can alert you when new content is detected. You can enable or disable these notifications at any time. When you have finished reading, use Mark All as Read to clear unread status across all your feeds with one click. OPML Import and Export: Already have a large collection of RSS subscriptions? You do not need to add every website manually. Simply import your existing OPML file into RSS Reader. You can also export your subscriptions to an OPML file for backup or for transferring them to another RSS application. Manage Your Feeds: Add the RSS and Atom sources you want to follow and organize them in one place. Existing subscriptions can be edited whenever necessary, including their display name and feed URL. RSS Reader also displays website favicons next to subscriptions, making it easier to quickly identify different sources.
