A custom generated check-in form for RepairQ

Create a professional check-in form to hand to customers - including device inspection, price and turnaround time, and repair expectations - all inside of RepairQ. This extension uses RepairQ's custom forms to generate and save the forms, so it seamlessly slots into your familiar check-in workflow. This also means no data gets saved outside of RepairQ, and the forms can be viewed on any computer running this extension. A simple set-up involving a custom form is required, and instructions can be found at the GitHub link on this page.
