Import and schedule multiple Royal Road chapters with project schedules and Patreon notices.

Royal Road Mass Scheduler schedules many chapters from your Royal Road author dashboard in one run. Make a project for each fiction, import its chapters, set a weekly schedule, check every date, then press Schedule once. PROJECTS, ONE FOR EACH FICTION • Each project keeps one fiction's chapters, schedule, notices and author notes. • A project is tied to its fiction by the Fiction ID, so it only schedules on that fiction. • Open a project in a full browser tab to edit its settings. IMPORT YOUR CHAPTERS • Paste from Word or Google Docs, or upload .docx, .txt, .md and .html files. • "Chapter 12 - The Title" becomes the chapter title. Bold and italics are kept. • Missing chapter numbers are listed before you schedule. SET YOUR SCHEDULE • Choose the first release date, the chapter to start with and the release time. • Set a different chapter count for each weekday. Use zero on days you do not publish. • Burst days: release more chapters on the first days of a fiction, each day with its own count and time window, then the weekly schedule takes over. CHECK, THEN SCHEDULE • Open the scheduler on your fiction in the author dashboard and review every chapter with its date and time. • Nothing is scheduled until you press Schedule. • Every chapter is listed as scheduled or failed, with its release time. Retry only what did not go through. • No chapter is sent twice, so running the same chapters again is safe. NOTICES AND NOTES • A Patreon progress notice worked out for every release date: tell readers how many chapters ahead your Patreon is. • Author notes before or after each chapter. BACKUPS • Export every project, notice and imported chapter to one file, and restore it on another computer. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The extension works in the Royal Road tab you are already signed in to. It never asks for your Royal Road password, and your chapters go straight from your browser to Royal Road, never to our servers. The extension collects no diagnostics, crash reports or analytics. 🔒 ABOUT SIGN-IN AND "AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION" • You sign in to your QuirkyBit Studios account with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to create. • We never ask for, see or store your Royal Road password. • "Authentication information" under Privacy practices on this page means only that one-time sign-in code and the session that keeps you signed in to your QuirkyBit Studios account.
