Full Description Route Travel Tracker automatically measures your route's current travel time every 15 minutes via Google Maps — and displays the results as a heatmap so you always know when to leave. HOW IT WORKS • Add your routes (origin and destination) • The extension opens Google Maps in a background tab and reads the current travel time day • The more data collected, the more accurate the picture becomes FEATURES • Up to 5 custom routes • Heatmap: travel times by weekday (Mon–Sun) and time slot (every 30 minutes) • Average row for working days (Mon–Fri) to spot commute patterns • "Best Times" list: the fastest departure slots with the lowest variance • Notification alert when a route is significantly above average • CSV export of all collected measurements • All data stays local in your browser — nothing is ever transmitted PERFECT FOR Commuters who drive the same route regularly and want to know exactly when it's fastest. NOTE The extension briefly opens Google Maps tabs in the background to read travel times. These tabs are automatically closed after each measurement.
