Route Impact is the back office for FedEx Ground contractors — and this extension is how your data gets there without weekly uploads. Install it, connect it to your Route Impact account, and it imports your business records from the FedEx portals you already sign into — from your own logged-in browser session. Route Impact never sees or stores your FedEx password. WHAT IT SYNCS • Charge statements (settlements) — every week the portal still holds, about two years on the first import • Weekly service worksheets — the driver data behind your labor numbers • Delivery detail — the daily exception list • Your Schedule C rate card and contract (MESO) proposals, when you ask it to • Dispatch plans from RouteSmart DRO, where enabled Once your history is in, Route Impact goes to work: your Settlement Auditor checks each new week against your rate card and flags variances for your review, your Payroll Analyst prices every driver-day from the worksheets, and the Monday digest reports back on all of it. HOW IT WORKS • Syncs on a schedule, in short passes, in a background browser window it opens and closes itself • Reads only the FedEx and RouteSmart pages named above and sends them to your Route Impact account — nothing else • You stay signed into MyBizAccount as usual; if FedEx signs the browser out, the extension pauses and tells you instead of failing silently • Disconnect any time from the extension popup A Route Impact account is required — see routeimpact.ai.
