When your AI model needs historical facts, current events, or technical documentation, Roth Search Helper fetches relevant results directly from DuckDuckGo and delivers them to your workspace. Core Features: Seamless Integration: Automagically connects with your Roth AI instance (localhost or Netlify). Privacy-First Search: Utilizes DuckDuckGo to provide relevant results without trackers. Clean Results: Intelligently filters out advertisements and sponsored content to provide only the most relevant snippets. Lightweight & Fast: Runs in the background only when needed, with zero impact on browser performance. How it Works: Install the extension. Open your Roth AI application (e.g., rothai.netlify.app). The extension provides a secure bridge, allowing the Roth AI models to request web searches. Search results are processed locally in your browser and sent back to the AI for analysis. Permissions & Privacy: Host Permissions: Accesses duckduckgo.com only to perform searches on your behalf. Content Scripts: Runs only on Roth AI domains to facilitate secure message passing between the app and the search engine. Data Privacy: Your search queries and results stay private and are used only within your Roth AI conversation.
