Reduce distraction on YouTube and Instagram with redirects, feed controls, reel limits, and daily time limits.

RotCure helps you make YouTube and Instagram less reactive. On YouTube, RotCure can redirect the homepage to Watch Later, Subscriptions, Library, or your own playlist. It can also redirect Shorts entirely or limit how many Shorts you can move through in a session. On Instagram, RotCure can hide the Reels tab, hide the Explore tab, and limit how many Reels you can move through in a session. RotCure also includes daily time limits for both YouTube and Instagram. The extension tracks time locally in your browser, shows warning toasts before a limit is reached, and blocks the site when the daily limit runs out. A short grace period can be granted once per day. RotCure stores settings and recent usage state in browser storage. It does not send your usage data to an external RotCure server.
